David Walker is president and CEO of the Peter G. Peterson Foundation, and he's on a mission. He believes that the national debt and related fiscal problems are strangling the U.S. economy and that nobody is paying enough attention to the issue.

In a new film, I.O.U.S.A., Walker is joined by a bipartisan group of business people, politicians, and former government officials to get Americans thinking about the crisis, and to propose some steps toward a solution.
